Keeping up with the long tradition of eating seafood on Christmas Eve we will be preparing a lot of fish dishes.
Like a full raw bar menu including Alaskan King crab legs.
Our famous frutti di mare salad with fresh herbs and garden vegetable.
Baccala, anchovies, lemon parsley and olives salad.
Crab cake on a dijon champagne sauce .
Lobster tail over pappardelle on champagne and butter sauce.
Dry day boat scallops over cacio e pepe risotto.
Fish stew puttanesca.
All of these on top of our regular menu.
Due to a very busy Christmas Eve for our indoor and outdoor dinners…

Dear friends, As of 8 PM tonight, the NJ governor has decided on a variety of measures designed to protect the population from spreading the coronavirus.
As a result, restaurants will be restricted to takeouts and deliveries “for the foreseeable future.” Also, there will be a curfew from 8 PM to 5 AM.
We want to be available for our customers, for the benefit of our staff, our community, as well as for our continued existence.

At La Pergola, we celebrate summer with a sensational menu that highlights the best that the season has to offer. From the freshest farmer’s market fruits and vegetables to the most fabulous and tender meat and seafood.
Try one of our new homemade creations like black summer truffle over our fabulous homemade chianti wine stained pappardelle, black ink ravioli stuffed with lobster and covered with scrumptious crab or seafood lasagna. They all have made it to the most wanted list.
