While we were lucky enough to study at Le Cordon Bleu and bring the experience back to our menu – and your plates – our biggest inspiration truly comes from each of you. Spring has sprung at La Pergola, and our menu is positively brimming
with the bright colors and sumptuous flavors of the season!
From our homemade spinach fettuccine tossed with genovese pesto and topped with lemon zest fresh burratta cheese, to our delicious Chilean sea bass drizzled with fennel and saffron sauce, to our artisan desserts like our panna cotta with frutti di bosco.
