Fall Has Arrived at La Pergola!

Here at La Pergola we celebrate the magic of autumn with the season’s most wonderful flavors:
From homemade soups like ribollita and wild mushrooms, to hearty salads topped with toasted caramelized walnuts, pistachios, hazelnuts and chestnuts. We are showcasing the freshest offerings from local artisanal farmers.

Our handcrafted pasta collection is sensationally seasonal too!

From our heavenly beet gnocchi topped with honey toasted walnut and champagne sauce to our signature butternut squash ravioli with date sauce.

The magic mushroom Alba truffles shaved over our homemade pappardelle will appear on our tables from mid October to mid December.
From our signature slow braised in chianti wine bolognese sauce, short ribs, osso buco and wild boar… to whole fish like dover sole and branzino… to classic dishes like venetian calf’s liver, filet mignon, rack of lamb, grilled quail all will be part of the special weekly menu .
* All our menu is carefully crafted and made from scratch to accommodate, vegetarian, vegan and dietary issues.

Come celebrate New Year’s Eve with La Pergola!
Our Chef’s very special a la carte lunch menu will be served from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday, December 31st.
Lunch will be followed by a spectacular Prix Fixe three-course dinner menu offered from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, at the cost of $100 per person (tax and gratuity are not included).
Here’s to a wonderful 2018!
La Pergola will also be open Monday, January 1st from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Also our fabulous fall favorites like tender braised short ribs and our famed Osso Buco.
 
Enjoy our specialty seasonal desserts like our delicious apple orchard tart and dried cranberry biscotti.
